Who Will Benefit:
-
Those with an illness who
are open minded and willing to try new things
-
This is a process.
It's magical in a sense, but it's not a "magic bullet." This is not for
those who want a simple, quick fix. It is for those who are ready,
willing, and able to do what is deeply personal, very repetitive, inner
work
-
Those who can live with ambiguity. Ambiguous answers,
according to the dictionary, are "difficult to comprehend, distinguish,
or classify; lacking clearness or definiteness." Portions of this
program are deeply rooted in a scientific understanding. Some of it is
not. Those who need to have a black and white understanding of what is
going on, will be frustrated. Those who can accept what is happening
without always needing an understanding can reap great benefit from this
program.
-
Those who can live with paradox. There is a seemingly
contradictory nature to many aspects of this process. For instance, you
need to make yourself the CEO of your healing and devote yourself to
it, full time. And, you need to balance your healing time with family
time, social time, etc.
-
Those who are willing and able to be
part of a group, giving and receiving support. Those who are willing to
do "self-work" on their own, and work weekly with a partner, between
workshop sessions
-
Those who are ready, willing, and able to make a
commitment to deep personal exploration. success will take a total
commitment of time, energy, and focus
