The Year Long Contract
The Year Long Contract:
This is a process that is valuable and rewarding but
needs to be applied over time. Everyone who participates will have
their own unique experience of the process. For some it may be
smooth sailing with daily, incremental success. Others may have a
major breakthrough early on. Others may continually take one step
forward, and two steps back before they gain momentum. Given the
up and down nature of the process, I want to create an expectation that
this is something that participants need to stick with and to provide a
safe environment within which the work can be done, over a period of
time. Therefore, I chose to work within organizations that are
willing and able to make a minimum commitment of one year.
Even participants who have a major breakthrough early on, will
strengthen the long term probability of maintaining health if they
incorporate the process into their daily routine. A year-long program
will help strengthen the resolve of everyone involved, and help to
firmly establish new habits that will restore their bodies to health.
Eighteen month contracts are also available.
